Be equipped to recognize the differences between the current paper based reports and the new online reports 5. Navigate to important support resources including online training, FAQs and step-by-step instructions 6. Become familiar with ASTRA roles/access and how this impacts a user's span of control

  • Responded to Gordon Bock's inquiry re: Org Codes 312010000 thru 3120199999 for budgets 08-1000 thru 08-9999 requested in Dec 08 that was an ongoing issue JK left

  • BAR/BSR printing schedule: Suppression needs to be flagged up to and including 2nd business day of following month (ex: Aug 3rd 2009 was 2nd business day of this month, everything Suppressed or UnSuppressed up to and incl. that day will be for that months scheduled run in September, i.e. Aug. activity that gets printed in Sept. will be included in that.)followed up on additional requests and updated suppression flags
